PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer with a proven track record to cold call small to medium size businesses in Malaysia during regular Malaysia business hours who may be interested in buying or renting new office equipments, such as photocopiers, projectors, etc. All small to medium size businesses will be targeted for this campaign. The individual is required to generate quality leads for us which will then be passed on to our internal sales team.
We will provide you with lists of businesses to contact; however, you can expand the list yourself and contact any other possible businesses that you may find on the internet.
To be successful for this project, the ideal candidate should have Excellent English speaking ability, as well as being able to communicate effectively.
You will need to familiarize yourself with our services so you will have the ability to answer basic questions and set up appointments for one of our representatives to meet with them and finalize the sale. We will train you and answer any questions you may have to aid in your success.
Candidates will start out on trial period and paid on a per lead basis. Since this is a trial period and we are looking for producers, we will be hiring multiple people and offering full time positions with better pay structure for those who produce results. There will be bonus incentives offered to candidates who produce results above our expectations. Bonus will be given as more quality leads are passed on to us above the minimum required amount. The leads (appointments) that you pass on must be good quality leads.
Calling hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm (GMT+8) Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English Speaking Skills (very little to no accent)
2. Experience in Cold Calling is required
3. Skype or any other VOIP service with high speed connection for quality calls.
4. Minimum 10 quality leads per week. Bonuses if you exceed our expectations
5. Must enjoy speaking to people on the phone and be persuasive.
6. Send us an excel report after each shift detailing name, phone numbers, address, email address, brief description of conversation, appointment time, best call back time and whether it is a hot, warm or cold lead (excel template will be provided by us)
7. Candidates will be interviewed by phone so we can hear your voice and demeanour.
