Need a solid Joomla/PHP developer who can review and come up to speed on existing code and intention of the site. I estimate that site is approximately 75% complete today. Will supply business requirements to complete.
Will also want that same person to work with company going forward to create new features and capabilities post launch. These efforts will be incremental work.
