PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Process Details
We are several years experienced travel agency – YYYYY- in Berlin, Germany. XXXXX is our new service which we are telemarketing in the UK and USA and Australia market.

XXXX offers a membership;

Basicly, when the person become a member, she/he can book the holidays without accommodation cost for period of one year. The member only needs to pay caterings. One adult and three children (until 16 years old) can accompany to the member on the holidays, if registered on the booking. The catering is not expensive. It is reasonable, reliable and the most important cheaper than "accommodation plus caterings" or "all inclusive" holiday choices. What we are marketing is the membership of this hotel flat rate service.

We will send you the process details and the agreement in writing, if we agree on the fieldwork and the rates. But, at the moment, process as described bellows.

Signing the agreements. (Client Service Agreement, Service Commission Agreement, Privacy Agreement)

Using your own customer data and script, making the telesales.

Sending us daily telesales report on the excel schedules which will be sent to you following the first step.

Following your report, we are going to make quality control calls. If you wish to make the quality control calls, we are expecting the voice files within the next day.

If all fine, we will take the payment from the customers' credit card.

Following two weeks, we will be waiting for the payment clearance against the customer payment cancellation.

Third week, we will be transferring your commission, which will be clear on our agreement.

Each two weeks, commissions 40 Euros for each sale will be transferred to the call center.

We work on result oriented. On this project, we do not require hotline support. Customer datas should found out by the call center.

Service prices are as seen on the websites, which are 79 Pounds for UK, 149 USD for US.
