PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client is a renowned and established service provider based in Florida. We are looking for call centers with experience for selling DirecTV.

Our client requirements are:

1. Center should be already experienced in dialing for DirecTV.
2. Center should be able to staff 10 agents in the pilot phase.
3. Center should be ready to call Monday through Saturday.

The client will provide the following:

1. The client provides $10 / hr / agent.
2. One week invoice advance payout.

All the sales will be punched into our clients order entry system and the client’s verification team will carry out the verification and process the order.

Please note that the client is only looking for centers carrying prior or current experience dialing for DirecTV.

Brokers will be compensated separately from the client’s end if they bring in experienced call centers dialing for DirecTV.

Interested centers mail me back with the following information.

1. How long has your center been selling DirecTV services?
2. What is the current SPD / Agent?
3. How many agents are you willing to staff in the pilot phase?
4. Would you be able to provide references and reports if requested from the clients end?.
