PROJECT DESCRIPTION INCORP PANDA COMMUNICATIONS GROUP is a partnership company based in Florida. To know more about the company and the management team please visit www.incorpsol.com We want Call Centers to set Qualified Appointments for our products DirecTV (www.directv.com) & ADT (www.adt.com). Your job is to call customers and talk about the product & if customer is interested you will need to fix an appointment for our sales team to visit the customer’s place. You will not be collecting any sensitive information like SSN#, Credit Card or Check. You will just be fixing appointments for our sales team. You will be only getting their Full Name, Address, and Appointment Time. All Appointments set by your team will need to be entered into our CRM tool. Once you place the Appointment onto the CRM, our Customer Service team will call the customer to check if it’s a valid Appointment or not. Desired Call Center Demographics: Minimum Seats Reqd: 10 Calling Hours: 4:30 Pm to 8:30 Pm (Eastern Standard Time zone) Dialing Days: Monday to Saturday Calling Location: Indiana State (US) Calling Leads: Will not be provided Call Recordings: Need to up-loaded to FTP once the appointment is set. Payout Frequency: Fortnight (every 15 days) The Call Center will need to staff agents with good communication skills having enthusiastic and credible voices.
