Our largest client which is from FL has 60 doctors who practice family medicine/geriatric care and they are the exact same type of organization as you. We have over 25 years experience and have many references of doctors that you can call and speak to regarding our service. Let me answer a few of your questions. 1) Do you have any software do take care of the billing. If so do let us have a peek on the same to get assured of the process. We have our own software that we can work on or we can work out of your software. Its a process which can be easily explained. 2) What are the procedures involved at your end to get the payments on time to us. We have a guaranteed turn around time of 12-24hrs and we are aggressive when doing the A/R calling and working on your account. You will see a higher collection rate every month. 3) What system you adapt at you end for calling? We can adapt to any system for calling but we have maximum efficiency of 100% as we have 100 employees and 10 departments. 4) What are your charges on the same? Depending on how your office wants to work with us, we can either offer you a percentage from collections or we can do a base price per full time employee. Instead of you paying $3000 to a employee which is inhouse every month, we can do it for half of that which is $1500. 5) What are the materials you need from us to get things going? We would need to access your system via Remote Desktop or there are several ways which we can approach this. It will not take more than a week to get the billing going. Claim scrubbing for clean claim submission, electronic claims submission, AR F/U for 30 day old claims (details to be provided on email) 3) What system you adapt at your end for calling? Avaya G3si PABX IPLC System. F/U for all 30 days old claim. 4) What are your charges on the same? We charge based on FTE rate as well as percentage of colections depending upon what client wants. We will set up FTP server for file transfer from your end and. 6) We need your quality procedures adapted for giving quality?
