COMMENTS: We, Ascent Technologies is happy to introduce ourselves to you. We, team of 15 as a part of plans processing outsourcing department for US residential buildings using Customized Lumber software packages. This project includes, designing of wall panel, floor system and Roof trusses with varies Lumbers such as HF, DF, SPF (2x4, 2x6, 2x8 & 2x10) and various Glu-Lams, LVL’s (7 ¼ , 9 ¼ & 11-7/8) , EWP products can be used in the design process. Field frame documents will be the final deliverable to the customer. Designing aspects includes Preprocessing / reading the Architectural drawings and optimizing the useful data. We design the whole house considering International Residential Codes (IRC), International Building Codes (IBC) and UGC so on. Most of the US Residential buildings are being built with lumber. We design the Wall panels, floor system and roof trusses as per US weather specifications such as Snow loads, Wind Loads, Ground snow loads, Expose categories and Deflection criteria. We are familiar with Lenner, Richmond and Craftman Residential standards, upon your request we provide you the CAD sample from previous customer and we are also ready to do the pilot project for quality assurance.
