PROJECT DESCRIPTION Incorp Solutions is a Florida based company. We are looking for call centers having very good experience running timeshare campaigns. We need call center's to run our timeshare program for Spinnaker Resorts (www.spinnakerresorts.com) You will set appointments with customers to come and attend a 90 minute presentation at one of Spinnaker resort locations. We do both day tours and mini vacations. The customer will receive a free 3 days & 2 nights stay at Hilton Hotel before they attend the 90 minute presentation. The customer's also receive other assured gifts once they attend the 90 minute presentation. Incorp Solution’s will provide all their call center partner’s with: 1) CRM tool logons to keep track of your appointments. 2) Training from qualified trainers. 3) Scripting and training documents. 4) Live monitoring and feedback 5) Daily, weekly, monthly reporting 6) On-going training. 7) Customer service.
