We have the following projects on hand currently & we are looking for centre's to partner with us:

VOIP & DSL Service Provider
We want to start off on the above projects with the centres wanting to have a long standing relation with us. We wish to further develop our strategies, keeping in mind ours, as well as your profits. Our goal is to maintain transparency and make this a symbiotic relationship.
We will provide:
1) Agreement and PowerPoint training documents
2) Scripting and training.
3) Live monitoring and feedback
4) Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting
5) On-going training.
6) Customer service.
Call Centre will need to provide:
1) On-site training for their agents
2) Remote call monitoring capabilities.
3) 100% recording of sales calls.
4) Labor, Management, Equip, Telco and all needed collateral to deliver high quality sales
5) Agents with 2 years Experience in Inbound/Outbound Upsell products.
6) Minimum Seats Required: 25
