We are an established property investment company in the UK looking for partners to help us generate leads from UK property sellers who want to sell their house below the market value for a quick sale. We have a large database of investors all looking for these below market value property deals.
We are looking for smart partners to build a system to generate leads directly from sellers who are looking to sell their house quickly.
This could involve setting up highly optimised websites to attract sellers typing in terms like "fast house sale" in search engines. Or, you can devise any other creative marketing system to attract distressed house sellers who are keen to sell their house and will do so at a reduced price for cash.
We take the leads and buy property directly from such distressed sellers and our purchase rates are high. We pay handsomely for every purchase that we make and will pay a minimum of $1,000 for every purchase.
