PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Programmer needed for database creation and integration for a mortgage lead generation website.
The website is completed except for the fact that it is not integrated into a database. The programmer will be asked to take existing webpages that are built in HTML, minimal PHP, and Javascript and create a MySQL database from input fields.

The project is very straightforward and not complex for an experienced database programmer. The programmer will be asked to take existing pages and input fields that are written in Javascript and create and integrate the input fields into a MYSQL database that can then output leads seamlessly on a daily basis.
There are (3) types of mortgage leads that are captured and that need to be created but once (1) is created it can be duplicated and modified for the other (2) databases.
If you have experience with mortgage lead generation websites please review project and website. Budget for this particular project is small but project is simple. I have bigger projects that are on going for real estate websites using PHP and Joomla for successful programmer.
