PROJECT DESCRIPTION 51 Entertainment Group (51EG) essentially provides the services of a traditional record company, talent (musician) Management Company and online music retail company. HaveYaHeard.com's, part of 51EG, goal is to deliver online music marketing and retail services that enable independent musicians to trade legally within the framework of the established music industry. Working to service level agreements with established partners spread our risk, reduces overheads and exposes customers to a wider market place. We are currently looking for an Entertainment Law Firm/Lawyer to develop the following: -website privacy agreement -website terms of use agreement -digital distribution agreement (granting us a licence to sell individual artist/record labels music) -agreement with other download providers such as iTunes, allowing us to sell their digital content and or us allowing other providers to sell our digital content -other contracts with artists as needed
