PROJECT DESCRIPTION To whom it may concern, My name is Marieke de Ruyter, I am a business improvement manager for GAPbuster worldwide, an Australian Brand experience company. I would like to get some information on a possible solution to improve the efficiency of our global receipt collection process. GAPbuster Worldwide is a brand experience agency, providing an innovative range of performance measurement and reporting tools to companies interested in improving customer service. GAPbuster works with some of the biggest, most successful brands in over 30 countries in Europe, Northern America and the Asia Pacific region. We have offices in London, Chicago, Hamburg, Melbourne, Copenhagen and Tokyo, employing around 200 staff and a global field force of over 50,000 Experience Evaluators who provide feedback relating to their shopping experiences. Currently we are looking into a solution that can provide us a more efficient way of collecting and processing the receipts of our 50,000 global Experience Evaluators As part of our solution we are looking for a company that can provide us with: - an efficient and cost effective way of collecting the receipts on pre-printed forms from our shoppers in 32 countries (see below for list of countries) - A scanning solution to scan incoming forms/ read barcode Could you please inform whether your company is able to provide us with a solution and the costs involved?
