PROJECT DESCRIPTION I am interested in bringing this project online before 2005. The ceiling for this budget is soft and maxed out at around $2,000.00. If your bid is going to be more you should include information that will justify the expense. I have a variety of Open Sources leads on software that will provide the framework for some features. The ad rotation software is the largest pricing factor I've seen so far and I already have the open source solution for that. I just need a team to integrate it into this project. There are three additional phases that will be built upon this initial request. I'd prefer a team to individuals. If you don't have any reviews on Get A Freelancer yet, I'd like you to include some sites that show the range of your skills. I'd like to site to have a some what original look and not be modulized so PHP is ok but the look of the site must stand on it's own. Along with your bid include the length of time you would assist in the Beta stage of the site. Payment: Stage One 20% upfront for you to start the project. Stage Two 50% upon satifactory delivery of fully functional(coded) site. Stage Three 30% upon satifactory delivery of graphical interface.
