2D / 3D GRAPHICS PROJECT PROJECT INFORMATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION We offer enhanced virtual tours to the real estate market. In photographing a tour inside a property, we take two sets of photos - one at an 'internal' exposure set to internal lighting conditions within the room and one at an 'external' exposure set to external conditions as seen through the windows, glass doors, etc. We than combine the two sets by appropriate graphical masking techniques to provide a final view not only of the room but also of the external landscape seen through the windows. The processed pictures are then stitched conventionally to provide a panoramic photo for inclusion in the 360 tour. We are interested in outsourcing (a) the graphical merging of the 'inside' and 'outside' content of the photos (10 sets per 360 scene) and (b) the stitching of the processed photos. We would also require stitching only for external tours (in which no merging is required). Accordingly, we would like pricing broken down into (a) Stitching only and (b) stitching plus 'inside-outside' merging (typically 4 or 5 of the 10 shots per 360 scene). We would ftp the raw sets of photos to you and expect return of the processed panorama (jpeg) within 24 hours or sooner. We would expect our business to generate individual 360 scenes at a rate of 50 - 100 per month within the next three months with a goal of 250 - 500 per month within a year. We are ready to start immediately with an initial output of 15 to 20 per month. We would appreciate a prompt response since we are already processing orders.
