Introduction

Fusion Toonz' mission is to provide quality Animation services for global customers. Being a division of Accent Infoways our specializations include web services, web enabled software applications and animation. The FusionToonz studio has the requisite infrastructure, tools and human resources for implementing a variety of animation projects, be it 2D, 3D or any other kind of artwork. At FusionToonz we use both traditional and computer animation techniques to deliver the best effect

Our manpower resources include highly creative visualizers, character artists, background artists and animators. Our skill set repertoire also includes process, quality assurance and project management skills.

Current Project:

Currently we have a 1000 minutes 2D animation project (for broadcast media) underway. These are short cartoon movies based on the Panchtantra Tales.

The activities/steps enumerated above make up the comprehensive end-to-end animation process. However, as may be required by specific project definition, a sub-set of the steps also can be implemented. E.g. FusionToonz could be doing pre-production and production only and the client may like to do their own voice patching.

Project Management

For effective project implementation and delivery, a well defined management process is in place. MS Project 2000 is the preferred tool for monitoring and control. The customer is invited to participate or at least have a view of the project plan and its periodic reviews.

It is possible to plan and review the timeline, quality assurance parameters and visibility into the in-between progress of the project at all times with the help of clearly defined technical and project management process and associated project management tool.

Delivery Capability

With effective infrastructure and human resources available, we can deliver up to 15 minutes each month. The delivery can be scaled up in due course, after the processes relating to delivery and co-ordination have stabilized.
