a). Issue of Purchase order in favour of M/s R. S. Infotech for the proposed job mentioning the total amount of the project

b). 50% advance and balance against delievery of the product.

c). All the contents (in terms of pictures, video footage, text etc.) provided to us for the development of the proposed presentation/films will be under the responsibility of the customer for the violation of any copyright act etc.
