The organization is headed by a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) who has over 28 years of experience in the field of accountancy, MIS/ERP and marketing research. He also holds MBA (from Dhaka), Diploma in Management Control System (from Netherlands) and Certified Management Consultant (from Australia), he was associated with the council of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) for fifteen years and was President in the year 2000. He has a vast experience in public sector, government ministry and large private conglomerate.

Other team members have also vast experience in finance, accounting and book keeping services. With all of its expertise the company has started accounting outsourcing services locally and expects to have assignments from offshore, especially from USA, UK and Australia, in addition to the management consultancy.
