Simplesource IT is an outsourcing service provider in the fields of "Back Office Accounting" and "Medical Transcription" Services since 1999. We have an excellent team of qulaified and experienced HR in both our specialties, back office accounting and Medical Transcription.

HR:
We invest most on our HR and Operating Systems. We follow a continuous training and testing program for all our HR, who have College Degrees and have completed at least 15 years of formal education before being trained in their specific domains..

IT:
We also have an in-house IT Department, who are available on a 24X7 basis. Our IT-HR comprises both Hardware as well as Software Professionals, including a dedicated Development Team to take care of the growing requirements.

FACILITY:
Our facility has the best equipment, Servers, Systems and suitable working environment.We also maintain extra capacity in terms of productivity, HR and delivery levels.

SKILLS
Medical Transcription:
Our Medical Transcription Unit is providing to the outsourcing needs of our Clients since 1999. Currently we handle about 500 hours of voice files and deliver about 500000 lines of Medical Transcription every month. We follow a strict system of transcription procedure and each file, after initial transcription process, undergoes a series of proofing, quality analysis and editing processes by a team of qualified, trained and experienced QAs and Editors before being delivered. We are committed to deliver at >98% accuracy (mostly at 100%) within a TAT of 4 to 15 hours.

Accounting & Book Keeping:
We render complete Accounting, Book Keeping services on a real-time or the "following day" basis to medium as well as small businesses and Professional Practices. We have a dedicated pool of qualified Accountants, CAs and Auditing Personnel to oversee the Accounting and Book Keeping with pre-audit as well as post audit procedures.

Account Payables and Account Receivables:
These are the two other areas of our core operations, which are carried with the same high level of quality and accuracy with robust reporting systems and MIS. We have specialized HR for this Departments, who understand the business and deliver the best.
Our IT solutions are custom made to meet the specific requirements of each Client and are fully scalable.
Our system aims at reducing the Receivables and helps optimize the Payables.

Medical Transcription:
a) Prices: USD 0.06 to 0.10 per line ( line consists 65 key strokes).
b) TAT: 4 to 15 hours.
c) Specialty: Any specialty.
d) Delivery: Internet/FTP/Online.
E) Billing: Fortnightly/Monthly.
e) Payments: within 15 days from the end of the billing period.
