Payment terms: 30% upfront, 30% - when testing of system/application start, 20% - when application/system is deployed to production environment, 20% - when client uses application/system for one month
Response to offer: 1 business day, 5 business to get official offer for smaller project, for bigger projects we need our 10 business days
