Canarys Automations Pvt Ltd. founded by Four first generation entrepreneurs from Bangalore, India in 1991. Penchant for Value added testing, runs in the Genes of the company. The promoters had been previously exposed to automated testing in Telecom, Manufacturing, etc. The testing domain includes development of Testware for Automated Test Equipments including Test Suites, Drivers, and Device libraries. The company since its foray into Software application arena (1995) has been developing formal testing processes. Major exposure to enterprise testing (Legacy application on Mainframes) occurred during the Y2K period. Further to Y2K, Company continued to hone its skills in Testing for Enterprise. This is made possible by sponsoring a Special Group under “Test Factory”. The Goal was to attract Testing as an Outsourced service by rendering scalable cost effective testing. This group has matured now to offer world class testing services to Global customers. This has been possible due to several engagements with the existing customers like Hewlett-Packard, Infosys.

A typical project execution methodology traverses through various phases encompassing multiple stakeholders. End to End QA & Validation works on the premise that quality of the end product is as good as the stability and consistency of quality measured in each phase of the project execution.

The End-to-End QA & Validation process focuses on addressing the customer needs in every phase. The process is applicable to all types of project be it the development or maintenance or porting or any other type on any software domain and technology.

The stakeholders in their respective loops verify every activity performed by the stakeholders. The errors are identified and fixed before they percolate further. The defects reported are analyzed for their cause and fed to the rules and validation repository to prevent their re-occurrence.

The business team verifies and tracks the quality of the project in all the loops involving developers, testers and project manager. Quality is measured during checkpoints at various loops of the project execution. The primary task of business team is to verify if the activities are being carried out in each of the loops as per specifications in the quality process.
