VENEZUELA OUTSOURCING FREELANCER

DESCRIPTION
Altough my company is dedicated to various services (outsourcing included) we don't have an English page right now. We focus mainly on software and hardware integration.

SKILLS
My main skills are on software design. I rely heavily on patterns and previous experience (i'm programming since I had 7 years old). Also, I can code on C, C++, Java, Object Pascal (Delphi), PHP and JSP. I have vast experience with the OpenGL API (lots of demos available) and i'm a fast learner. I have used also the following APIs on Windows (aside from standard ones): DirectX, DevIL (Formerly called OpenIL), Audiere, Bass and FMOD. On Linux i have used most of those APIs (except DirectX for evident reasons and Bass). The software I have already developed includes 2 open source projects

(MiDRAE a dictionary and AtGLas an Atlas, both links on spanish) and 4 closed source projects (Admi.com an ERP, CENDA a biometrically enhanced assistance controller, Medicatrix a medical operations base logistics controller and Herbadmin an inventory control system for multi-level sales force), also, i maintain my company's page at Florhard.com. My main role now is project manager.

TERMS
The preferred method of payment is through PayPal. You can also mail checks to "John Villar" on my address.

My price isn't tagged, I prefer to work on a project basis rather than a "item" basis (i.e. I won't set a price for every line of code, instead I will set a price for the whole project).

As a reference, I can work as website admin. for $400 a month (that's $2400 annually) for a medium sized site.
