DESCRIPTION
Transonica is a medical transcription firm based in Hyderabad, India. We provide end to end transcription services to MT firms, doctors, hospitals and clinics. Our company is housed in our own premises with a capacity to hold more than 50 stations. At present we have 21 workstations and 3 servers. We have two broadband internet connections, good power backup with UPS and continuous technical support for our network by qualified technicians. Our network is based on Windows Server 2003 client environment. This ensures HIPAA compliance. We have our own FTP space from hosting services apart from our own FTP server. Our staff include 16 medical transcriptionists with an average experience of 3 years and 5 QCs with an average experience of 5 years. The two promoters Dr Narayan Rao Damera and Dr Pradeep Patalay are both doctors with more than 20 years of clinical practice. They look after quality of the output every day. We can transcribe more than 7000 lines per day. We can transcribe from voice files of any format. We are on the lookout for new contracts from US doctors, groups and clinics. SKILLS
Medical transcription is done by medical transcriptionists with average experience of more than 3 years, proof read by QCs with average experience of 5 years and the final document is edited by two doctors before posting. Medical billing is another key area into which we are entering. Data conversion from PDF, TIFF, etc. to Word document is also undertaken. General transcription is also done for consistent customers.
TERMS
¢6 to ¢10 per line of transcription. TAT 24 hours - less if necessary. Long term association is appreciated.
