DESCRIPTION
• Super bills, EOBs and patient's payments are entered on your system after your normal hours of operation and claims are ready to submit the next business morning in which will give you a turn around time for 12 Hours.

Charge/Demographic Entry:

1.Entering the charges and demographic as per the provider instructions.
2.Adding/Updating new insurances, CPT/ICD codes.
3.Ist phase of QA- Checking the claims by the person who has entered the claims.
4.IInd phase of QA - The claims entered are being checked by our QA department.
5.Running a Day Sheet Report at the end of the day.
6.Preparing final reports for the client.

EOBs and A/R Follow-up

1.Entering the payments in their respective accounts.
2.Calling up Insurance companies for the denial claims.
3.Running ageing report after completion of EOBs entered.
4.Followup with Insurance Co. for claim status as per ageing.
5.Requesting info from provider, patient if any required by insurance co. for claim reimbursement.
6.Entering all this info in patient's notepad for future references.
7.Preparing final reports for client as per their requirement.
