Plutus Global is a outsourcing service provider focussing on L1 technical support, inbound/outbound voice processes, telecom sales and we are just building our capabilitiy to provide legal services for legal research, contract preparation. We are currently at 50+ people with the capability of ramping to 150 in 4 weeks. We operate from Bangalore, India and Cairo, Egypt. We can offer French language skills from our Cairo center apart from English. Also other languages can be offered in 4-6 weeks lead time.
SKILLS
Call Center (Inbound/Outbound) - Includes customer service, credit card collection, telecom sales for mobile phones mainly in the US & UK markets.
L1 Tech Support - For software and hardware companies. Our trained engineers can help end customers resolve basic problems through phone, email & chat.
Telecom Sales
Legal Services - First level contract reading and collating, legal research, etc.
