In Document Unitization process, the determination of document boundaries is established. This is generally performed for all types of coding; we adopt Logical Document Determination (LDD).
LDD establishes two levels of unitization; attachment range and document range within attachment range. We analyze all images for ‘Logical Boundaries’ in this unitization process.

Bibliographic Coding:
Standard bibliographic database captures beginning and ending document number (or bates), attachment range, date, document type (e.g. invoice, memo, patent application, change order), title, author, recipient, copyee & characteristics (e.g. illegible, pages missing, confidential).
Objective Coding:
Objective coding is the process by which skilled and trained document specialists review every document and prepare a computerized index of basic objective data about each document.
OCR Coding:
OCR data capture with manual editing or full data keying from images is performed based on the instruction given by the client.
Quality Assurance:
Quality assurance features built into our coding tool to prevent the occurrence of certain formatting and keying errors like misspelling, invalid dates, invalid bates number etc. With the use of split screens, the quality control teams perform 100% initial QC of the coded data and subsequent batch QC to ensure the highest quality output to the client. A 100% technical global QC is performed to correct any formatting errors, and to ensure adherence to any project specific requirements.
