I am an expert on MS office applications with over nine years experience. I have prepared a large number of programs on MS Excel and MS Access on vehicle management, manpower management, payroll, store management, school/ college scheduling, shop accounting and many others. Many of these are in use successfully in a large number of establishments. I also had prior experience as a primary school teacher for 5 years and as Headmistress for a very short while. My penchant for honesty, hard work and punctuality have always been recognised.

I have now started a new start up firm on outsourcing catering initially to the data entry and processing needs of the potential buyers. I bring with me the assurance of honesty, hard work and punctuality. I have with me a pool of dedicated workers who can deliver your needs effectively at very competitive rates. We can also provide data conversion, payroll management and basic secretarial services. Low rates do not mean low reliability. We will strive for 100 percent accuracy. SKILLS
Data Entry and Conversion:
We provide services in data entry on line into MS Word, MS Excel or MS Access files. We can provide you with accurate data conversion from pdf, jpeg, or gif documents into MS Office applications. Handling upto 1000 entries a day at 8c an entry or $1 per page is our minimum commitment.

Payroll Management:
We can handle payroll management for establishments with upto 1500 employees in any software you would like to use. Alternatively we can develop a reliable package on MS Access quickly, suited to your specific requirements with the fields provided by you. Processing of daily or travel allowances can also be incorporated.

Secretarial Services:
SOHO jobwork on typing, event management, follow up and on line file management can be provided. Confidenitial-ity is assured. To ease your office work, programs on MS Office applications can be provided. No job is small for us.

TERMS
Data Entry: 8c per entry.

Data Conversion: $1 per page with 100 percent accuracy after reworking twice.

Payroll Management: $1 per employee per week. Custom payroll package billed separately.

Secretarial Services: $1 per letter/$50 per day. Custom packages billed separately(max $500 for a package with 5 interlinked tables and 50 fields).
