The main and principal decision for you to make is to decide to use our outsourcing services. All further stages of our collaboration we will pass together and our team will apply all possible efforts to reach the most effective results.

The first stage is an initial inquiry where we ask you to provide us with detailed information about services required. In order to increase efficiency of inquiry processing, to give us opportunity to get precise understanding of your needs and to elaborate a rate schemes we ask you to provide us with following information:

description of outsourced processes;
volumes of data to be processed (at list approximately);
time-frames required;
work schedule (if necessary);
offered rate;
specific terms and conditions (if any);

The feedback on your inquiry will be sent to you within next 24 hours. After the initial set up, when all general items mentioned above will be agreed between us and our team will be provided with all necessary instructions, we will start with a trial period. Duration of a trial period depends of various factors, so there are no fixed terms. It continues till the readiness to start up with production stage. As a rule, rates for a trial period include our expenses only and don’t include interest. However at the end of trial period and since the start of a production stage we don’t stop development and improving of provided services. All processes will be put under strict and constant quality control on every stage of their fulfillment. In order to enhance a quality control, our team members implement special software elaborated by RTI IT specialists. If there will be need in specific tools the new software can be created or existing programs can be modified.
