Orange BPO services is presently involved in BPO services (data entry, data conversion, OCR conversion, HTML tagging, scanning)

History
Orange BPO services started in the year May 2003 in the name of smart embedded solutions. At that time our main aim is to established ourselves in the field of software training and development. After that we expand our business in to embedded systems and automation training and project development. In that we are having a great success. In the year 2005 we entered into the BPO field. Now we are slowly and steadily having a good progress in that field also.

Infrastructure
Orange BPO services has a modernized office with all amenities at a carpet area of 1100 sq.ft. The entire space has been partitioned as web centre, data centre, training & development centre, reception and administrative office.

Highlights
At present our web centre has 7 personal computers with various configurations. (PIV, AMD Athlon, Celeron Systems) It can be expanded upto 9 systems. All these has been networked and having a 256KBPS high speed VSNL broadband connection. The web centre is an air conditioned one. The data centre has 12 personal computers with various configurations. All the systems have Windows XP operating systems further we have Windows 2000, Windows 98 and all other software needed for data works. All the systems has been networked and having a link with web centre. There is a networked laser printer, color inkjet printer and a color scanner. These devices shared with data centre and web centre. Training & development centre has a training room and a lab having 5 personal computers and the require practical setup for automation & embedded training. We are having a well decorated reception of 200 sq. ft. and a administrative office of near about 100 sq. ft.

SKILLS
At present we are doing the projects of UK census records (PDF, TIFF to Excel document through SAI BPO services for the past 8 months. The other projects we have done is Image file to Word document conversion for Escript info solutions, Mumbai. At present we taken up an OCR conversion and scanning job from object web group. Apart from BPO services we trained nearly 450 students in the area of embedded sys, automation, CAD/CAM/CAE and software. And we have the people to do any kind of BPO works.
