I am looking to begin outsourcing. We are a full service accounting firm and have been looking into outsourcing. In the past we have used staffing companies and the costs are beginning to be too high. We are interested in outsourcing secretarial work along with bookkeeping and payroll and possible tax return prep. We also have many clients interested in outsourcing medical billing, medical transcription, and various other administrative items. We are looking to be the middlemen for these procedures, and possibly develop a staffing company that has a small mark-up over the outsourcing company abroad.
