We are proud to introduce Pinnacle Technology LLC, a subsidiary of Love Health LLC Launching quality focused outsourcing services. Since its inception in 2001, with 10 people office in Dover NJ, we have grown to more than 200 people with offices in Delhi India, London UK.

We are ready to give you a broad range of services from customer relationship management, back office transaction processing to industry specific solutions. Be it a simple back-end data entry support or complex customer interaction supports, we are eager to support you with a virtual customer service center to manage customer concerns and queries through multiple channels including voice, e-mail and chat on a 24/7 basis.

In this new face of global competition, the cost of capturing new customers is 5-10 times higher than retaining the existing customers. We can help you to accomplish your business goals more affordably by reducing the Manpower cost to 50 to 70%. Currently in India, we have around 25 people and workstations to give us the back-end support. (For Large ongoing projects, we are able to restructure our staffing and work flow to accommodate a variety of turnaround scenarios). All our employees are college-educated graduates and we are looking for at least some data-entry kind of work on a contract basis. We can afford to deliver you the quality-focused output in a minimum turnaround time

TERMS
While other companies charge you from $10- $13 per hour per person for
non-technical processes, we can do the same work for $1 -$8 depending on the following factors:

• Term of Contract
• Call/data volume
• Skill level requirement
• Complexity of project
• SLA requirements

For Large ongoing projects, we are able to restructure our staffing and work flow to accommodate a variety of turnaround scenarios.
