Model I
Technical consultancy support to setting up a call center at an actual cost with an International Standards
Model II
To support the call centers for its business development by procuring campaigns
Model III
To provide technical, admin, HR and process management support to function the call centers in 3 months and handing over it to the investor.
Assumptions
Model I – Arranging all the instruments at an actual cost to setup the call center - Host2India BPO will charge only for its technical consultancy support
Model II – Will not interfere any day to day operational activities of the call center, will support only for biz development
Model III – All the actual running expenses under the investor, Host2India BPO will charge for its operational support for the period contract period.
Roles and Responsibilities
Based on the biz model, Host2India BPO will provide its technical, operational and biz development support as per the MOU
Model I
Technical consultancy support to setting up a call center at an actual cost with an International Standards which includes as follows
Effective planning and designing as per International standards like Executive cabins, Admin, Dining room, Meeting room, Meeting room, Training room, rest room etc.,
Suggesting required interior designing with sound proof materials
Comfortable seating arrangements with modular furniture
Setting up a Server room
Required power back up
Structured Cabling & Networking
Recommending and buying only quality and standard brand instruments at an actual cost
Arranging required software tools
Required Broad band line 1 mbps connectivity from the best telecom service provider
Tie up with the best call termination service provider at the least rate
Installing and configuring the equipments like Routers, Switches, Modem, VOIP, Hand sets, Dialer, Active & passive components, Remote monitoring system etc.,
Testing the equipments
Configuring the leased line and call termination for US / UK
Test run for out bound calls
Host2India BPO will charges Rs.__ lakhs for the above technology services
Model II
To support the call centers for its business development by procuring campaigns
Arranging Outbound and Inbound campaigns which would be directly signed with the end client in US / UK / Canada
Host2India BPO will recommend Inbound campaigns only after 6 months successful running of the call center
Fixed rate out bound campaigns are most viable to meet break even and profit in short time, Host2India BPO always try to recommend fixed rate outbound campaigns to its customers
Host2India BPO will not interfere any day to day operational activities of the call center, will support only for biz development
Host2India BPO will charges its marketing / biz development support charges as follows.
1. 10 % of the total revenue in billing – up to 48 seats
2. 5 % of the total revenue in billing for above 48 seats
