DESCRIPTION
We are in this field for more than 2 and half years. At present we provide our service to us and UK based client. We basically are outbound call centre. In outbound, presently we are providing our services in the field of tele marketing, mortgage, telecom industry, pharmaceutical products, wireless products, etc. Our company started at Baroda, with 10 seat. At present we are at the hot place for the BPO industry in Gujarat state. We are now at Infocity, Gandhinagar. After having this much experience in the call centre industry, we now want to go for inbound call centre project. We having 36 seats, and 72 agents and 10 reserve agents.

We now want to have the good inbound project. We having the best technology. We are expert in customer service, technical helpline, customer care, virtual call centre, virtual receptionist.
