With offices in Cyber Gateway, HITEC City, Hyderabad INDIA and Mount Prospect, IL USA, we offer legal outsourcing services primarily for legal firms and corporate legal departments satisfying their litigation support, contract review, contract management, legal research and SEC filings. The time differential with the Indian sub-continent works to our advantage in delivering exemplary services to the clients. The firm is represented by Samuel Alemu and Praveen C. Medikundam.

Mr. Alemu received his Graduate Law Degree from the Harvard Law School. He also holds a Masters of Legal Institutions degree and a Graduate Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Alemu received his Primary Law Degree in 1994 from Addis Ababa Law School, Ethiopia.

Mr. Medikundam holds a Masters Degree in Law (LL.M.) from Temple Law School in Philadelphia, PA, USA. He is a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to attending Temple University, he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law and is licensed to practice law in India. Additionally, Medikundam is an Associate Company Secretary, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Chartered Secretary, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of UK.

The firm has functional experience in completing legal outsourcing projects with a very strong dedicated IT team.
