GIT has a flawless operations process that implements each of your 'electronic data and document conversion' projects to a 99.995% accuracy levels. The vital process undergoes six unique steps right from understanding your requirements to final transfer of your data.

REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS

The first and the most important part of our operations process is a list of requirements from you. Here we study the clients’ requirements, which are then translated into a document called 'statement of work'. This document consists of a detailed user requirement and the precincts of the proposed solution. Only after the client approves the sow, do we initiate the next step.

SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZATION

After studying the client requirements, our in-house software division, designs an image view custom software to implement the project. Then a pilot test is run to check the efficiency and authenticity of the software. In keeping with its commitment to excellence, outsource data entry inc. has the right mix of hardware and software required for an effective electronic data and document conversion process. spread over 5000 sq. ft of area our production units are clean and spacious providing a conducive work environment for our operators. it houses 50 workstations working in 2 shifts. To ensure an uninterrupted implementation process we have backup systems with 50 kva & 5 kva ups (offline) with 8 hrs standby time to handle workload during power cuts. we use custom as well as customized software to encode, enter and verify data.

TERMS
We normally take LC (Letter of Credit) for direct contract, about 2 months revolving LC. For subcontract procedures, 25% in advance and remaining monthly billing basis.
