We have a well established computer centre with branded equipments to undertake BPO work at retail level. We have well trained staff to do the work and their accuracy consistently is 100%. They are also trained on the job frequently to ensure continuity of high level of their speed and accuracy. We have adequate back-up facilities and AMC to see that our equipments are in excellent working condition at all times. The 20 KWA DG set installed in the centre takes care of the power failures.

We have recently executed some work for a Poone based retail company with excellent results. As the job was completed, we have spare time per computer for the BPO work now. Our infrastructure can be utilized, if need be, in third shift also. For this we have staff as well as convenience. This will ensure timely submission of the job work given by the parent company. We have supervisors who can do the monitoring of the data conversion by the BPO operators. The job work can be down-loaded and up-loaded either way to save time.
