Giftech Software Solutions (P) Ltd., are into medical BPO for the past 3 years and started call center business 2 years ago. We are sole channel partners of Focus Communications Inc., Utah, USA.
We are at present working for 8 different hospitals in medial coding and medical billing. We do coding is all specialties and we have with us very experienced certified coders and billers. We do have expertise in medical transcription and we have a very good manpower in this area. Coming to the call center, we are dialing for US/UK/AUSTRALIA clients.
