Having our front office in Dallas, Texas we have 150 medical transcriptionists working in-house in India. Documents never leave our fully HIPAA-compliant office; you never have to worry about the security and confidentiality.

We offer the following two options for dictating the reports:

1. Dictate via a toll free number: Physician calls our toll free number, enters the user ID given by us and starts dictating. The system can be used 24 hours a day and from anywhere within the US.

2. Dictate via a hand held digital recorder: We provide the digital recorder and the software free of cost, which enables a voice file to be transferred from the physicians computer to our server.

Specific answers to your queries:

We have 150 transcriptionist working in two shifts. Our first shift starts at 7:30 PM EST and ends at 3:30 AM EST and our second shift starts at 3:30 AM EST and ends at 11:30 AM EST.

Right now we can accept work with a TAT of 12-24 hours.

Our pricing starts from 6 cents a line, we can give you a more accurate pricing if we know the type and quantity of work and the TAT.
