The RICO BPO Division is a contact center based in the suburbs of New Delhi, India, with over four years of experience in the Contact Center industry. We are a venture of US $220 million Rico Auto Industries, which caters to multinational giants such as GM, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Honeywell, Delphi and Cummins.
Our Customer Interaction Services and Business Process Outsourcing solutions aim to be cost-effective without compromising on quality. Our quality department carries out steps to cater through ‘Quality Assurance’, ‘Verifications’ and ‘Performance Management’. To ensure data and account security protection, every customer representative at RICO undergoes extensive training on data security and signs a confidentiality agreement with RICO. To minimize security leakage, the RICO BPO Division is a paper-less environment on the customer representative floor.
