6. The progress is monitored via conference calls, review meetings, minutes of meetings.
7. We have the feedback from the client via chats over msn/yahoo with the teams.
8. We have the testing phase where we have the testing team doing the testing activities like (1. The unit testing. 2. The system testing. 3. The integration testing. We have the relevant documents to be filled in for the same purpose.)
9. Now we have the installation phase and the final acceptance test plan implemented on the go live dates.
10. Now we have the final bug fixes/maintenance period for a certain period the client sets.

We would like to follow the Microsoft project kind of our own tool for the project scheduling and online system to record the bug and perform the bug tracking from time to time.
