TERMS
Digital Element can bid on a per-project basis or by person-month. Contracts are with a US company with over five years of business history that is also registered to work for the US Government and UC Berkeley and are governed by US law.

Digital Element will work with your staff to refine the business need and will propose a solution.

We don't want to be your cheapest option - we want to be your best option for quality work that saves you money from doing the work internally or completely in the United States. We also want to be the company that you know brings market sophisitication to your development decisions.

Digital Element does not consider work that could be done in the United States for under $20,000. Digital Element is not considering joint ventures or equity compensation unless the work is part of the company's strategic goals in video, 3d, or mobile. Digital Element can license existing technology to meet your needs.
