PrimuSourcing - We help our clients and partners to be more productive and profitable by providing a full spectrum of specialized staffing and project management services. This staff augmentation model provides our clients and partners with immediate access to a pool of highly skilled professionals from around the world. Recent key successes are AIG, TARGET and HUMANA.
Strategic Sourcing - This includes our Application Development, Maintenance and Testing Service where we provide a dedicated Spectraforce team to work closely with our client's teams in two models – On Demand and Extended Period assignments. Our Global Delivery Model allows us to build effective team that are located onsite and offshore at Offshore Development Centers (ODC’s) in Pune and Hyderabad. This allows us to be highly competitive while providing round the clock capabilities that are highly scalable to ensure the shortest time to market.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT - Spectraforce has well-defined and mature Application Development methodologies which comprises the complete SDLC from business case analysis to warranty support of the application. Our methodologies are tuned to support Iterative or the traditional Waterfall approach to Development work. Each of the development phases can be defined with metrics and tracked with web based tools which can be used by our customers.
APPLICATION MAINTENANCE - Our Application Maintenance methodology allows effective capture, reporting and resolution of maintenance requests. This process supports a distributed delivery environment wherein work responsibilities are effectively serviced based on request criticality, which in turn is governed and monitored by a client specific SLA framework.
It allows our clients to increase their workforce instantly without increasing infrastructure and initial setup costs. Our ODC model is customized to client need and can be flexibly operated under long-term partnerships or BOT (Built-Operate-Transfer) models.
APPLICATION TESTING - Our Application Testing services provide manual and automated application verification and validation capabilities. Spectraforce offers two broad Testing services:
Test Lab Services - These services are offered typically for companies, who want to invest in a large and distributed test organization. This service is ideal for Product companies having one or many large and complex product lines. This service offering involves setting up of a dedicated Test lab for the client. The staffing and costing is based on many factors like product size, complexity, stability and SLAs.
Custom Testing Services - Spectraforce offers several types of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance testing etc.), as part of the custom testing services. While Spectraforce can perform each type of testing independently, we also offer a combination of these services as a package. The scope could therefore range from performing only one specific form of testing to completely outsourced project testing where many types of testing can be performed.
Spectraforce Enterprise Document Management (EDM), a part of our Business Transformation Services, addresses a critical challenge for our clients — managing and integrating all forms of information across diverse solutions and business processes — and delivering it to end users when and where they need it. Our Document Management framework, based on an end-to-end IBM infrastructure of Portal and DB2 Content Manager, provide clients with benefits associated with the control of enterprise wide content via an easy to use interface.

Our T&M rates are based on skills and experience, and may vary from case to case depending on size and complexity of engagement. The pricing here is typical blended averages.

SPECTRAFORCE T&M rates are all inclusive rates. Any travel, software licenses for development tools and administrative expenses required during the client engagement as a result of direct client work is client responsibility. All such expenses are approved by client in advance and billed at actual by SPECTRAFORCE.
Fixed prices incorporate costs and are responded on a case-to-case basis based on factors, such as size, effort, and schedule estimations.
PAYMENT TERMS: SPECTRAFORCE will invoice client on a monthly basis. Payment is expected to make within 30 days from the submission of the invoice.
TURNAROUND TIMES: Varies from type (Fixed price, T&M), size, and complexity of engagements. RFP responses depending on complexity and varies from 3 - 10 days. Staffing teams with infrastructure (ramp up from 5 - 100 seats) is accomplished within 4 - 6 weeks.
