TERMS
1. Dedicated OSDC
- GDIS will assign a defined number of staff (CVs of those staffs will be submitted to customer), customer can use those staffs for any of their project within working time (5.5 days/week, 8 hours/day except public holidays).
- Customer can use GDIS local in their profile as their development center.
- Customer will pay us base on number of staff, the cost is 1800USD/staff/month.
- The minimum size of the contract is for 1 year.

2. Reserve OSDC
- GDIS will support customer in writing proposal for bidding, estimate tentative project.
- GDIS will assign staffs as requested from customer to working on customer's project.
- Customer can use GDIS local in their profile as their development center.
- Customer will pay GDIS 5000USD/month as maintenance cost for reserved OSDC
- Customer will pay GDIS 1800USD/staff/month when those staffs are loaded to customer's project.

3. Project Based Outsourcing
- GDIS and customer deal on each project.
- When customer want to outsource, customer will discuss with GDIS about number of staffs to be loaded and project duration.
- Customer will pay GDIS 2250 USD/staff/month base on number of staff loaded.
