1 - Network Monitoring
Enterprise data switch/device monitoring support provided by our network operations center.

Server monitoring.

Operating system maintenance and administration.
Daily virus protection.
Installation of OS patches.
Daily/weekly data back up support.

Server stays on customer premises and accessed remotely.
Trial pilot project with non-production test and development servers to start.

3 - Managed Server Hosting
Server is located at Bit Link’s data center in Ottawa, customer accesses remotely.

4 - Call Center/Helpdesk
Up to 24/7 helpdesk agent support.
