Infrastructure

Our development center at New Delhi, India is equipped with the state-of-the-art computing resources to service customers across the globe quickly and effectively. We have high-speed broadband connectivity to effectively interact and communicate with our overseas patrons. The reliable broadband connectivity also keeps our team connected round the clock to the immense internet resources.

All the workstations at Gausa India are equipped with either a Pentium P-III or P-IV PC with 512 MB RAM. All client workstations and servers are equipped with dedicated UPS devices to be able to work uninterruptedly. The range of servers includes Windows, Sun and Linux. In addition, the entire facility is backed with dedicated high capacity power generators that takes care of any prolonged and unexpected power interruptions.

We maintain and continually update our database of software engineers, professionals and consultants for ready-to-tap resources for quick deployment. Embedded

Gausa India Ltd has been working as an extended development facility for our clients in Europe in embedded space. Some of our contribution in this space is highlighted below:

1. Development of thin clients based on core OS like Windows CE 4.1, 4.2,
5.0. This project involved development of OS images for thin clients based
on the clients specs on various development boards and configurations using Windows CE .Net.

2. Health claim entry applications built for the handheld device powered by Palm OS, Windows CE. Data on handheld device powered by Palm OS is kept in binary format and for pocket PC powered by Windows CE. Data is kept in flat file format. Conduit for both the platform was build to synchronize the data with the desktop. Conduit is built in Visual C++ for Palm OS device and for Pocket PC in embedded VB, desktop data is based on XML format.

3. Development of device drivers and display drivers for specific target
boards.

4. Development of messaging application for Windows CE based devices.

· Stator generator test bench using GPIB interface stand alone as well as computerized.
· Retrofitting and upgrading of Switzerland make manual embroidery machine into an advance computerized embroidery machine using Philips embedded micro-controller system including fault diagnosis and automatic error correction system.
