Incenplus Marketing Solutions (ICP) are specialists in Customer Intelligence, providing Total Customer Value Management for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. We are uniquely structured to handle all Customer Care needs in one company, thereby ensuring the security of your customer data.

Operating from 4 business units with total personnel strength of 80 people, i.e. Strategic Consumer Programs, Systems & Software, Data Services, and Fusion, ICP provides full services in Outsourced Customer Care, covering customer database management, customer intelligence, customer contact programs, and CRM info-structure deployment and maintenance.

SKILLS
The core expertise of ICP is in the are of Customer Intelligence, where customer segmentation is achieved using psychographics profiling. The various customer segments are analyzed according to the characteristics, value, and potential ROI, following which contact management strategies are developed for each segment to actualize the Customer Value.

These Contact Management strategies are then handled in-house, via our Call Center or Fusion (creative services/direct marketing) divisions.

To-date, ICP manages only multi-national clients in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines. These clients are in the automotive, nutritional products, audio-visual electronics/appliances, telecommunications, and fast-food industries.

TERMS
50% of total project value upon confirmation, 25% on delivery, and balance 25% within 30 days after delivery.
