INDIA OUTSOURCING FREELANCER

DESCRIPTION
I am an independent consultant and help firms with setting up their offshore offices in India. I have been working on offshore onsite based delivery models for more than 5 implementations as Offshore Coordinator handling the communication with onsite teams. Based on my learnings with previous clients (Yahoo and Deloitte) where I worked as freelancer and employee respectively, I now assist to create complete setups for firms with interest in such models. SKILLS
Setting up offshore office, staff technical team, overlook implementations till maturity stage.
Technical design of application at offshore based on functional design created at onsite.
Documentation of technical design.
Tracking/implementation of change requests.
Testing/bug fixing - developing test cases, executing test cases, tracking of issues, prioritising and handling resolution time, etc.
Development in Siebel - EAI, EIM, Workflow, Scripting, Configuration.
Troubleshooting and support in Siebel.
Budgeting.

TERMS
Monthly Deliverables - frequency can also to be fixed on a mutual basis.
Payments against the deliverables.
Delays are infrequent but if any in implementation, will be at no additional cost subject to approved functional and technical design.
Billing rates as per nature of work - design, documentation, development or support.
Administrative expenses to be reimbursed by client.
Software licences to be arranged by client.
Other terms to be discussed mutually.
