VISION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING (VTC) with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is an outsourcing firm focusing on leading application software packages such as SIEBEL, ORACLE & SAP. Currently, the largest component of VTC business is supporting, implementing the Oracle-SIEBEL suite of CRM software including tools such as Actuate, Tibco, Webmethod and Seebeyond. VTC is considered the largest SIEBEL outsource firm in Malaysia who supports worldwide clients with a pioneer (MSC) status offered by Malaysia Government under the shared service and outsourcing services category. The exact service VTC supply varies with the needs of each customer. It ranges from outsourcing, offshoring to onsite project implementation.

vtcProfessional - Technical Professional Management
VTC outsource the Professionals to clients for a short period of time to support and maintain client system. This includes:

vtcOutSource - IT outsourcing (ITO)
VTC’s model is to offshore and onsite develop the enterprise software which includes changes requests. Most of these types of clients might not longer maintain their development team or tend to sign up application management with third party vendor. Clients pay a value to the development works delivered at the offshore center. In certain cases, especially for banking or government, VTC professionals will work onsite at client premises due to security issues.

vtcOutSource - Application Management (AM)
VTC will maintain the application software for clients which include enterprise software
such as SIEBEL, ORACLE, MS SQL, Exchange and other suit of products, it also includes custom build software used on enterprise level. VTC will maintain a few technology experts to support the clients, these expert are shared across few clients to ensure cost effectiveness. This includes Level 3, Level 2 supports.

vtcOutSource - Infrastructure Management (IM)
VTC will maintain the hardware, network equipments and operating systems which include backup, disasters recovery. VTC will maintain a few technical experts to supports and share across few clients.
