Elecom has primarily thrived by successful completion of a number of non-conventional projects involving engineering problems and new technology adaptation, sometimes, to the amazement of even the clients. The reputation of Elecom has come from the niche expertise in the field of process automation software and their cross-platform implementation on custom built hand-held type touch screen devices. Elecom specializes in object oriented system design & implementation and multi-tier client-server application development using these technologies. As such the main focus of the organization has always been the application of object oriented technologies to enterprise solutions. The professionals at Elecom are well equipped in programming languages like C++, Java and C#, relational databases Oracle and SQL Server and front-end tools VC++ and VB and implementation of different ERP application like SAP, PeopleSoft and also develop customozed application for different clients according to their respective business process on a variety of operating systems like Windows and Linux. One of the recent and most prestigious projects of Elecom, WOP-iT, is a turnkey product development exercise on behalf of Electronik Systeme Lauer, a leading vendor of automation systems in Germany. The project is already about 600 man-month old. The product is developed in Java on MS-Windows for ultimate use in a custom built device with strong-arm processor running Personal Java and Java Embedded Server (JES) on VxWorks real-time operating system and Windows CE. An identical Automation product WinTouch, was the first of its kind by Elecom on behalf of Schmitt Walter Automation Consult (SWAC). The project was started in 1999 and till date all additions and modifications (including a modified Linux version) have been done by Elecom. Developed in Visual C++ and MFC with MS SQL Server at the backend for use in special hand held device with embedded NT.Currently Elecom has implementing SAP for a Belgian client mainly on ABAP design and development. Recent years, Elecom has developed a Medical Analysis Software to be used by Doctors/Hospitals for Medinet of Germany, a facility management software for delegate software of Austria and Switzerland, a comprehensive software for real estate agents for Immosoft, Germany, an application for transport sector with computer telephony interface and low-level GIS and a system to generate component designs from engineering drawings and product catalogues for a leading European manufacturer of pneumatic cylinders and controls. An unique solution was developed at Elecom by modifying the source code of MySQL to make the data stored in an indexed file available in windows based software using SQL statements. Recently, Elecom has delivered J2EE based web application solutions to US and Norwegian clients. The enviable track record of Elecom has immensely influenced its entry into newer domains like business intelligence, embedded systems and device drivers and markets like USA, Japan, Norway and Turkey in the recent years. One of them, MediaBI, a business intelligence platform for media industry, supports the complete data warehousing process, including data integration, data transformation, warehouse management archiving, and near-line storage. The embedded systems division has bagged challenging projects in the field of device drivers and DSP from Turkey within a year of its inception. Earlier a few of the prototypes developed by the division got approval from a number of esteemed Japanese organizations, the most important being the e-vehicle division of Sony Corporation.

20% - Upon contract sign.
80% - Progressive payment based on milestones or per month on a pro-rata basis.
