TERMS
Payment Terms

General
• Any deviations/ alterations of scope/ assumptions will invite a re-estimation of
schedule and cost
• All invoices are payable on submission
• This offer does not include the cost of any hardware and software and third-party tools
• The prices are excluding the Lodging and Boarding cost.

Letter of Acceptance

As the first step for the assignment, Client will issue a Letter of Acceptance. This will refer to the proposal and confirm its acceptance. On winning the contract an Initial payment (15%), by a crossed cheque or DD in favor of ‘Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited’, payable at Mumbai, India must accompany the said Letter of Acceptance.

Implementation

Payment of Invoices / Bills
All invoices are payable within fifteen days of raising the invoice. All payments have to be made by a crossed check in favor of ‘Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited’, payable at Mumbai, India.

Tax Liability
• The prices mentioned in this proposal are exclusive of all taxes/duties.
• Current applicable taxes are nil for implementation of ERP, however, kindly note that taxes/duties prevalent at the time of billing, if any, will be applicable.
